Pulled the codes on my '97 VDP 4.0
After replacing the plugs and coils I haven't had a check engine light in a couple of weeks. But I decided to check any current codes and came up with the following:
P1192 - Voltage External
P1191 - Key line voltage
P1186 - FTS Low-Fuel Pump temp sensor low
P1185 - FTS High-Fuel pump temp sensor high
B30F4 - Please refer to service manual
P13BO- Please refer to service manual
From what I've found the first two have to do with o2 sensors? But can you tell which one? I saw an old post about possible bad connectors as a possibility for these two. The other ones I have no idea. The B30F4 seems to be one a few people have asked about and no answers have been offered to what it it.

See page 121 for the 97 AJ16 engine as there is a separate code list for the 95
I'll let you dream for the V - 12

Looks like your scanner doesn’t have the correct lookup table for the X300. The codes are always correct, but the narrative can be wrong, as you can see. Can make for a difficult life, so always worth checking the code against a known good source for the narrative.
Reset or clear your stored ( latched ) codes and see if some reappear as currently relevant
To get some of the codes to show ( latch ) you would have to cycle the engine through a number of different days ( runs ) and speeds
To get some to go away same required cycles of runs
