hello everyone, I was wondering if someone can help me. I get a shaky startup sometime, what I am trying to say is this. If the car hasent been started for a while lets say like half a day or overnight it starts fine a normal startup, but if I go turn it off and start it up again it starts rather quick and starts with a weird type of shake, and I even hear a funny noise like if something was loose in the column or under the hood, I only notice this shaky startup if the car is started quickly, but if it sits for hors then started up it starts up normally. If anyone knows anything please let me know. Oh by the way the motormounts and tranny mounts are brand new just incase if anyone wanted to tell me thats going to be a issue, thanks.

 

That's pretty much normal as the engine is operating under full rich mixture and is almost flooded on the second start. Almost all fuel injected cars will do this, worse in cold weather. Either avoid stating it for short periods or if you have to, let it warm up.
