Rear windscreen rubber trim
Hi, I’ve got a very slight bit of bubbling in the drivers side bottom corner of the rear windscreen. I wanted to take a closer look and clear out any drainage issues around the outside of the rear window so was wondering does the rubber/chrome trim just pull out or is it glued in? Water does squelch out of this corner when I press it so maybe water is being held there and hence the increased paint blistering here? Can I just pull the trim out, clean it and push it back in or is it not so simple?
you can remove the chrome by gently prying it out. only remove enough to do your work, cause its a bear to get it back in.then gently pry up rubber but take caution its glued to body and if pulled out too far you'll brake the seal
