Default Removing rear head restraint

Could someone please advise me how to remove a rear head restraint ? I have tried pulling up hard on the head rest and have also searched for a release mechanism but all has been to no avail.

Been a while since I did this so forgive me if I've got it slightly wrong. Your user name suggests you have a 1995 car? If so, things will be easier as the seat belts were anchored differently on later cars. Take seat base out, there's just 2 screws behind the heel boards at the front edge of the seat base. Once the seat base is out, there might be a couple if screws holding the bottom of the seat back to that bulkhead. Once they ore off the seat just pulls up and away. IIRC there are clips that prevent the headrests coming out but you just remove them once you have the seat back out the car.
