Default Removing wiper motor

So while cleaning under my lower windscreen cover, I managed to lose the bung for the unused wiper motor hole down inside the cavity.

How on earth do you get to the bottom three bolts to get the wiper motor off? Can it be done without taking the fuel rail and intake off?

PS: It is, at least, pretty solid under that cover. Not even any surface rust.

The three bolts along the bottom remain in place. There are sliding clips built onto the wiper assembly that engage the bolts. If I recall correctly - looking at the assembly from the front of the car, the left and center clips slide to the left and the right clip slides to the right. I had to work by feel because I couldn't see what I was doing.
