Has anyone had engine cleaner soften or bubble the clear coat on the cam cover?

Any ideas on a DIY repair?

 

you can get heat proof clear coat from most auto part stores it works very well,the big thing is to get the bubbles off and re paint the cover, you must remove the cover from the engine to do a good jab , get a good paint for the job, good luck, Satterfield
