RH blower motor 1996 VDP

I have a 96 VDP the rh blower is inop.
I have power at f11 fuse to the right blower relay and the relay is good.
If I jumper the ground on the the high speed relay and jumper 12v to the blu/wht at the motor the motor runs.
If I jumper the the brn/blu at the right blower relay connector bypassing the relay to the blu/wht I get no voltage at the connector at the motor indicating an open wire or short to ground in that wire somewhere between the relay and the motor.
Does the wire run up the center of the car and are there any connectors that may be between ? I am sure I can find out but Id rather take as few bits apart as necessary.
I dissconnnected the 26 and 12 way connnectors at the accm key off and jumpered from another 12v dc source key off so I wouldnt fry anything and I am certain that I did not do so.
Problem solved see last reply

If I jumper the blu/wht at the relay and everything else connected all blower speeds work and the servo for the flapper works and all is cool.
The problem is in the blu/wht wire .
I would like some input before I go tearing the interior out to trace this thing.
Thank you
