Hi.

All the indicators on the RH side suddenly stopped working. No bulb failure light on dash. Checked all bulbs and they are fine. Checked the fuse in the RH kick board box. Swapped the rear light control module with another one and still the same.

LH is fine. Only LH works when the hazard switch is on.

Any ideas what could be causing this.

Also at the same time the electric arial stopped going up when the radio is switched on.

The turn signal switch stalk has a history of the wires coming off

With the hazard switch ......................

What is your last 6 VIN #s as there was some changes in external lights

There is a fuse in the trunk for the ariel . # 8 / 15 amp

I swapped my light control module located in the trunk with a friends X300 and it is working correctly.

I removed the indicator stalk from the steering wheel and checked the soldered joints, all ok. Gave it a liberal spray of contact cleaner. Still no success.

Next is to check the Body process module connections , which i think is located under the glove box.

The # 8 fuse is ok for the arial. I took it apart, and the motor works. The arial goes up and down by applying 12 volts to red and black motor wires.

 

Before you do that there should be something easier

looking for input wire / pin to the light control module to prove getting command

To get the arial to move it receives a low current ground by the stereo head at pin 5

There is a TSB on fuse uprings
