Changed out the sway bar end link, strut top mounts, and control arm bushings. Now the nose of the car is completely compressed. Adaptive suspension, not air. Springs were in good shape and the strut seemed fine as well. From my understanding springs affect ride height not the strut. Did I maybe over tighten the bolts and the spring can't push it back up?

Not sure what you mean by “ completely compressed” but there is not meant to be any ride height adjustability built into the front suspension. The X308 XJR had “CAATS” adaptable suspension, but that also would not affect ride height.
There is no “strut” as such, just the shock absorber, but it plays no part in setting ride height.
The spring May look in good condition, but they do sag over time, which would cause reduced ride height. Search the forum regarding front spring removal, as it requires a special tool, and is not for the feint hearted!
