Default Storing my '95 vanden plas

well i am going off to college soon and will not be taking the jag with me. I was wondering if you guys had any advice for storing it for a few months. i already was planning on washing it and waxing it before i leave, getting a car cover (it will also be in the garage), leaving it with a full tank of gas, undoing the battery, and adding some type of stabile additive (any suggestions as to what?). is there anything i am forgeting? also i was wondering if theres anything i should do with the tires.

Thanks,

Chase

I'd inflate the tires up to about 40-45 pounds.

Make sure the anti-freeze concentration is strong enough if the car will be exposed to sub-freezing conditions.

"Sta-Bil" is a popular gasoline stabilizer.

Rodent nesting isn't unusual when a car is stored. I reckon there are some over-the-counter solutions for that potential problem.
