when i get on the freeway running about 70mph. the car sometimes gives a sudden jerk. no engine lights flash when this happens. it only seems to do it when cruising on the freeway,quick sudden not around town. just a quick sudden jerk, only lasts a split second. i've only put 500 miles on the car since i bought it a couple of weeks back, and this jerk only happened twice in that time frame. anybody experience this?

 

also i just looked in the trunk where the battery is and the negative battery cable was loose due to the small bolt that tightens the cable around the post was broke off due to overtightening! so i'm gonna drill it out and retighten the cable to the post, to make sure it's a good connection. also the battery wasn't bracketed down.

 

You've probably just found your problem !
