Default Supercharger Idler Pulley Bracket

Weird question... I'm trying to remove bracket #8 so I can see the waterpump hoses, trying to trace a leak. I took all 4 bolts out, can't feel any more, no more shown in the diagram. But it absolutely will not budge. Pry bars, hammering, bit of heat. No dice. Am I missing something? Currently pulling the thermostat housing off for more access but I thought I'd ask.

The bolt # 6 must first be loosened so to unclamp the # 3 can slide up the # 16 slot , but your probably already past that

Different pic that is worse in showing build up , still can't load a different pic

Trying to get to the 3rd circled aft most water pump / alt belt ?

There is a weep hole on the front bottom of the pump assembly shaft between the water pump itself pully and the water pump bearing

If the seal is compromised between the front bearing ( water proofing bearing ) and internal impellor it will leak out this hole , new pump to order

To test this hole as the coolant temp comes down below boiling off once hitting atmosphere ....................

Good small mirror or a small piece of paper to get wet

Not the tensioner, the idler bracket, this guy here. I think what's happened is, one of the bolts sheared off. I can pivot the bracket around that last bolt shank, by prying or hammering it. It takes a lot of force just to rotate. But for whatever reason I can't pull it off, even though the head of the bolt is gone. There shouldn't be anything holding it on the remaining bolt shank.

With the thermostat housing out of the way, and swiveling this thing around, I think I have enough visibility for now.
