Throttle position sensor X300
Have recently completed some research on alternative TPS & have ascertained that a very likely option is perhaps a Standard TH198 & equivalents which are Wells TPS246, Motorcraft CX1528, Tomco 14042, Walker 200-164. Its a very common TPS fitted to many USA Ford models.
It appears the drive pegs are in the same position as the Jag part which is JLM12074 or Standard TH417. I assume both it & the Jag part turns clockwise & that voltage range is very similar (0.6v idle to 4.9v full throttle)
Perhaps other members may have done further research & add to this quest for an alternative replacement to this costly Jag part.
