Time to get rid of it. Advice?
Well the time has come to send the ole Green Machine off. I don't want to deal with the hole in the oil pan or the coolant leak. Best offer I've gotten on it is $200. I think not. So before I send it to the scrap yard I want to yank some parts out to resell. What's worth keeping?
I recently replaced the radiator and I spent $500 on that so I know I'm keeping that.
The interior is immaculate since it only has 77k.

Sorry to hear it hasnt worked out for you & the Jag, 77k really isn't much. Im in a similar spot with my 96 VDP, although It has 150k miles and had multiple problems. Since I have two other similar cars, I've kept and used many parts from it already.
If you're not hoarding parts for other cars (like I am), only a few things are valuable enough to be worth the effort of removing, marketing and shipping.
Radiator (yours being new)
A/C condenser, possibly compressor
Throttle body with TPS, perhaps sold with your matching ECU
Exterior lights and chrome trims
Interior wood panels, if not already cracked up
Depends on how deep you want to dig!

I'm confused, is there some other major issue with the car that would warrant such an extreme fate, such as engine seized, transmission dead, serious rust, other?
Otherwise, this sounds like a great car just needing some repairs, while not minor, not fatal. If that's all that is wrong with it, I'd think you could find a buyer here or even elsewhere online for a lot more. If it runs, I'd think any car is just about good for at least $1000, and this car is well beyond that at such low mileage.
What else is wrong with it?
But to answer your question directly, I'm sure you can part out the car in the 'for sale' section if it is indeed in such good shape. There are always folks looking for parts, especially interior and trim.

I think it has to do with the uncertainty of the damage.
Damaged oil pan = Driven around with no oil and trashed.
I fell victim to over-tightening the drainage bolt, like many have before, and the damage is consistent with the story. After I cleaned the greatest natural disaster my garage has ever seen, I never started the car back up and got to push it to where I needed it to be.
Needs a new head gasket? They assume it was driven around with a whole reservoir of water or coolant in the engine.
However, I understand skepticism or being cautious when buying a non running car. Maybe I'll come around and save it, even though I swore to never work on it again.

Gotcha, sorry to hear that
....yeah unless someone does it themselves, the cost to have a shop install a used engine would probably be close to the value of the car I'd guess, maybe a bit less, but in the ballpark. If I recall, our local shop priced out an engine swap for a Saturn we had for around $2000, might be more for the Jag "just because" You might still try putting it on CList or eBay and see if you could get $1000-2000 for it. There may be someone with DIY skills and access to an engine that is looking for a pristine body/interior with low mileage.
We see folks on here every so often that I think would jump at a chance of a low mileage chassis in such good shape.

we have a thread repair kit specially for "overtightening" the drain plug in those pans. New steel thread inserted and good as new. when these were new we fixed these alot from other shops or diyer's. You know the 95-97 are the most reliable jaguars made which is why I have 2 95 w/42k, 96 vdp w/155k and a 04 Xj
I don't think I'll ever use a drain plug again to change oil, trans fluid, etc. I just a pump and pull it out through the dipstick. Saves a lot of time, mess and don't have to get under the car.

Brutal's comment about thread repair following other shops has me thankful I had my big 60k service done by the very transmission shop the dealership outsources tougher jobs to. I wondered if I should have been more price sensitive and gone to a local generalist, and that is now over.
thankfully the new pans are steel and small so pan replacement or seal replacement is easy and cheap. Until they went to the 5.0 with aluminum pans. But those are a suck from the top with filter up top too. There is a drain plug for those that still want to go underneath
