Default Torque setting exhaust manifold to cyl head.

I don´t have my x300 xjr6 cd up and running so have down loaded Aj16 Engine Range Service Manual and
I´ve looked in "How to" no luck, so what do I torque too? AJ16 service manual issue 1 August 1994 page viii says 22-28. Next page ix says 44,5-59,5. ?? What am I missing please

My X300 VSM says 44.5 - 59.5 Nm. It is at the beginning of section 3.1 which covers the exhaust system.

Thanks Allan for the prompt reply, I thought as much and just needed to be sure. The old adobe6 cd won´t compete with new adobe on one pc so I´ll have to run it on a separate system to view it now.
I wonder how long my new exhaust manifold is going to hold with this new cyl head I have just fitted, being the most advanced AJ16 cyl head in the world it will most certainly give me more gallons to the mile :-))
