was working fine. then mother pushed the valet switch and just like that, the trunk wont open. please help. i tried pushing the valet switch again, to no avail. I also tried the black key in the trunck but it wont open it. the dash switch doesnt work either. any suggestions?

 

Have you tried unlocking the car with the remote?

 

Hi,

Try putting the black key in the ignition and turn on. This should cancel the valet mode and enable you to open the trunk in the normal way.

If it works, keep your mother away from the valet button.

Same problem (no, not a mother-in-law!). I myself pushed the valet button, & every since the trunk buttons do not work. I can only unlock with the key. Nothing I've tried works...any weird suggestions?

I have the same problem with a twist...after a week the trunk open button opened the trunk...once! It wouldn't work after that until a few days later, voila' the same button worked...once!!!
