If I recall it's almost a straight forward swap.The only major difference is that some foam might need to be removed towards the upper portion where the tables go. Removal on a VP backing is just the two phillips head screws that go straight up into the bottom of the backing and the four screws on the picnic table hinges. Just remember to push the bottom corners of the backing forward while slightly pulling outward to clear the two side seat tabs and it should come free.

I just ordered a set from ebay. Thanks a million. I know they aren't really practical but I think it adds a bit more class to an already classy ride
