So, know one has any idea where the fuel tank purge vave is located on an 1997 XJR-6. Okay that seems quite strange. I have asked this before and get know answers. Please I need to know where to start looking..

The closest I can find in the manuals is a "evaporative emissions control valve" which is "below LH front relays"...I think that means the bank of relays in front of the air filter housing. It has purple/green and black/light green wires. I reckon it'll have a hose or two as well.

Thanks Doug I will start at that point. I was not trying to be a pain the way I wrote my inquiries it was just I could not get an answer from antone for some reason I was unable to find it in the car. The canister is under the rear left fender but that's as far as I could go, I lost the line after that.. So once again thank you for your input..
