Window Regulator Removal

Window Regulator Removal
I am trying to remove the window regulators from my donor to keep as spare. For the rear window, I found this TSB and it speaks about torx screws that hold the window but when I look at mine I don't see any screws but some type of rivet. Am I missing something? I think the front had screws but the back does not.
