Hi guys silly question but where would i fill up the oil on a 1996 X300?

The oil fill is on the left side of the valve cover. Red, sort of.

7 litres from empty, maybe 400-500mL more if changing filter too (which you should do at every oil change)

Check level by tugging on the orange one next to "Trans Lock:" with car level and off for a minimum of two minutes, more's better. Level should be in the cross-hatched area on the stick, and if I recall correctly, 2 quarts will move it from the bottom of the x-hatch to the top.

Thank you for all your help, im aware about over filling but wasnt sure where to fill it. Ive had an oil leak so now repaired i need to put fresh oil into it
