hello, on my 96 x300 when I press the button to tilt the roof, I get a strange gumbling sound whne it opens, not sure if its maybe the motor? Everything works fine, it slides and opens fine, anyone have any ideas? is this normal?

 

Sounds like a possible lubrication problem. Sunroofs get a lot of heat on them, (obviously !), and the mechanism below also
