The days of refurbishing Water Pumps would seem to be long gone. It's many years since I did a pump bearing change.
How exactly do you mean 'stuck up'?

the water pump will not turn, i need an instruction or illustration on how to repair/replace the bearing of this water pump, it would be very helpful with a guide and cautions before repairing. Hope you may be able to facilitate.
