I put the guts from an x308 overhead console in my x300. The GDO works great, but now the dome and rear reading lights are playing tit-for-tat.

When I press the overhead light button on the console, the lights toggle between the front and rear. When I open a door, only the rear reading lights operate.

I had planned on only swapping the GDO modules, but the ribbon cable from the switch-pack was different between the two units.

Any thoughts??

 

This is pretty old, this will fix it if you are still having the problem.......
