Since rebuilding the rear suspension on my XJR before Christmas the front end has felt a bit floppy so I decided to strip it and freshen that up too. Now, the majority of the suspension components are on order but I can't get hold of the correct engine mounts (one is torn to shreds) or the front subframe V-mounts. So my question is............... Does anyone know if X308 subframe mounts can be used? They look very similar.

Are there any alternatives to the OEM engine mounts? They look remarkably like Land Rover ones - maybe that's why they're in bits?!

 

Doing the same thing with my Sovereign. Dave Manners and British Parts seem to do all the mounts.

 

All sorted now. The first guy I spoke to didn't know what a superceded part was.................. One phonecall to Jag HQ and it was all sorted! X308 subframe mounts are the same!
