1999 XJ8 - iPhone connection
Of course, these cars were designed before smartphones and they have no Aux in or Bluetooth. I like to stream my favorite radio station from my iPhone when I drive. Presently using a cassette adapter to listen to music and have an inline microphone for calls. The microphone does not have echo cancellation and every time I make or receive a call, the other party complains about echoes. Is it possible to add a Bluetooth device for streaming music from my iPhone and make calls using the input from the trunk CD player. I do not use the trunk CD player. As far as I can tell, there is no auxiliary input that I can use and thought maybe the CD player input can function as an Aux for a Bluetooth enabled device.

You can make an aux. in through the CD changer,

or can use something like a motorola T605 , or a Parrot bluetooth kit
