1999 XJ8 O2 sensor

I need to replace the left front O2 sensor. Where is it and how do you get access to chnage it? Does anyone have a picture of the loaction?

Hi its in the cat behind the exhaust manifold you get to it from the underside but the plug for it is in the engine bay near bulkhead/firewall
