Pull covers & check the timing, the tensioners are prone to crack. Stop running the engine until you do this.

what broke? jumped timing? is it a belt or chain? sound seems like its coming from dead center of engine not either bank or front or rear if that helps

The timing chain tensioners crack then create a rattle/knock then it jumps & bends valves.

Edit :
Your thread title says 2008 but my advice is for the 2000 your video title indicates.

Then yes definitely pull your covers & check the tensioners & guides for cracks & breakage. This is a mandatory task for these, there's plenty of info. on this forum on how to proceed.

Good luck !
