2001 XJR Catalytic Converter Studs
Hi All,
wondering if anyone on here has ever had to buy studs for where the manifolds bolt to the catalytic converters. I’m not seeing them in the SNG Barratt catalog, and not having much luck with pictures of an identical stud. They’re always close but never exact.
I’ve finished a complete rebuild using only new genuine parts and these are proving tough to find the part number so I can get them ordered.

The part number is JZC100036 but it might be NLA?
I break one every once in a while so I keep them in stock.
Have not bought them in a while and I am running low so I should buy a few more if they are still available.

Looks like JZC100036 has been superseded by C2S9536. This is a much more common number.
Here are 4 currently on Ebay. Expansive at $10+ each too. Forget the crazy ones from over sea's with $50+ shipping!
Exhaust Stud
Jagbits also carries them.
Jaguar Stud
So they are still around.
The nut is Mcmaster-Carr 3528N12.
Again used in other applications like this Volvo.
Flange Nut
Description says; M8x1.25 metric M8 distorted thread lock nut

Thanks all! I didn’t think mine have the “bubble” but the last one that’s still installed (I trashed the rest when I moved to the northeast) actually does - great find as I’ve ordered three different part numbers from the UK and I’ve got a glut of the wrong studs now.
@motorcarman and anyone else doing rebuilds/ repairs with only genuine parts (as I am), David Manners Group in the UK has these and if backordered, they get them in 1-2 days. They are very responsive and have been terrific with parts sourcing for some of the harder to find genuine parts for rebuilding the 4.0 supercharged engine. Definitely worth emailing them about shipping rates as their website shows a flat rate of 75 quid to ship to the US, though they charged me less than 30 for 20 studs and 10 nuts (expensive, but it's a cost of using genuine parts).
