Seems very pricey, especially if upgrades like water pump, thermostat tower and tensioners have not been done (can't remember if 2002 had upgraded plastic or metal tensioners). I've seen just as well kept VDP and XJ8s with 10-30K more miles go for 10K or less from private sellers.

 

Yes, quite nice. I'd be happy to relieve them of the interior as I'd prefer that over my "charcoal" on a quartz '03 VDP.

But, if you want pricey and low mileage, here's one for you ... shoot, it just sold and there is no link any more. Bobby Rahal Jag in Wexford, Pa., had a one-owner, dealer-serviced '03 VDP with 11,732 miles for which they were asking $24,977. The price had dropped by $1k yesterday. That must have been the thing to get it sold!
