Hi I am a newbie here, I got my eye on this car. Need some help to understand the good and bad about 2003 XJR 4.4L supercharged? with 120k miles.

it is not possible to have a 4.4 liter engine, it is most likely a 4.0 L engine for a USA 2003 model but could be a 4.2 L engine if it is a european model. 120,000 miles is a lot for a car like that but if you don't mind unavoidable repair costs for things that can and will break go for it

 

As previously stated, the NA XJR is a 4.0L S/C engine. The mileage is high, so there would be some maintenance that may have to be done such as all the bushings, shocks, serpentine belts, etc. unless there are service records showing when each may have already been changed.

What is the asking price? You would use the above items to price repairs and negotiate from the asking price based upon the repair costs that you may have to perform.
