Default 2007 XJ8 Air Shocks

I have a 2007 XJ8 Vanden Plas with 46135 original miles. I drive it very little 4100 miles in the last 5 years. The left front air shock is leaking air and oil. My Delima should I replace the one shock with an Arnott replace both front shocks with Arnott's or change out all four shocks with Strutmaster springs which can be done for basically the same price $45.00 total difference.

For better responses try the X350 Jaguar section of this forum. (This is the 1997-2003 X308 section)

Also be aware that they are NOT air shocks. (they are hydraulic dampers with air springs)

As noted, best check the X350 forum. Having owned an ‘06 VDP and replaced front shocks with OEM once, and previous owner had done the same, in retrospect had I been able to keep the car ultimately I would have converted it. Too many/too pricey things to go wrong with the shocks.
