98 xj8 low oil pressure question
I have a 98 xj8 with 95k. Every now and then when i start the car ONLY i get a low oil pressure reading for about 3 sec and goes away. Can anyone give me adivce on what i need to check to fix this problem
Aslo, i have problem using my turn signal. When make a left turn not right my taillight goes out and radio lights goes out any suggestions

I have the same problem occasionally only in cold weather, first start of the day. Am using the 5w30 full synthetic. Pressure comes up in 3 seconds like you say. Suspect it to be a sensitive oil pressure sensor rather than a real oil pressure problem.

Did the problem start the last time you changed oil filter? If so, change the filter with a quality brand as the problem may be related to a defective anti drain back valve in the filter itself.
