The rear vent keeps popping out of the center console on my '98 XJR. Is there a trick to inserting it so that it stays put, or is some part of the vent itself or the console where the vent mounts broken?

How can I get the vents to stay in the armrest?

I don't have any rear seat heaters or anything, so there's no little tray under the vents on the hump.

Mine does not blow strongly, I'm thinking it's blocked but if it's a huge ordeal to check & clean. My passengers may just be chilly this season lol.
