Default 99' XJR Shuts Down

The XJR just shut down on the freeway. Nothing to cause this. Faults in dash read out, traction control, stability control, gear box, electrical, safe mode. It doesn't have any power to the starter, A/C ect. Radio, lights, windows all have power.
Is there an inurtia switch???
Help.

Thanks,
David

There is one located on one of the front kick panels, I cannot remember drivers or pass of the top if my head. I will check on the in the morning when I get to work.

Default I found it!

It is in the right hand side kick panel. That was the problem. The ruff freeways in so cal.
A tow bill was worth the price to get to know the car.

Thanks,
David
