Default AC mystery, please help

2002 XJR....the AC is not blowing nearly as much air thru the dash vents as it was last week.
Here is what I know.
Both left and right blower motors are blowing full speed.
The fuses and relays on the rear floorboard on both sides are all good.
Now the different thing is that I hear more air wooshing noise comming fron under the drivers side (left) by the brake peddle area...almost as if it were restricted.
When I press the recirc button, it gets louder but the flow decreases!
Has anyone ever experianced this?
Any and all ideas welcome!!

Default Foam in the fan

It sounds like some foam has become detached and got stuck in the fan or the vents. Search and there are some amusing stories of frustration relate dto searching and retrieving errant foam with cameras, double sided tape, coat hangers and luck.

Here was the problem, turns out the right side (passenger) blower motor was only running at
slow speed, I was gently tapping on it and it kicked up three to four times faster while it was running. I now have a HUGE volume of air exiting the vents!! Hope it holds.
