the wiring was brittle and joined
this created a nonflexible connection hence the wire broke occasionally connecting
after finding the join I turned the Ign on and warning lt was on so joined the ign and warning lt wires together and out it went
fixed the wiring a new harness will be in the future when I pull the motor for an overhaul
thanks again to all now just got to put the fuel tank sender wires on the right terminals and then interior
