Default Another Newb Question...J Gate related...

In my search to buy, I've come across only two cars that have had the buttons for sport mode and cruise control on the J gate with the sport button on the left (one was an XJR-100). All other cars have that particular button on the right. Does anyone know why that is? I'm trying to make sure I'm not getting snowed on something before I pull the trigger...

I know once you pull that part out you can switch the buttons around. Maybe that's all that happened someone work on it and swapped them.

I'd bet money that BMC is correct. BTW, I had a chuckle when the PO of my XJR told me that the S button was to turn the supercharger on and off.

Clearly not all Jag owners are knowledgeable enthusiasts.
