was reading in the x350/x358 section about a few xjr`s that have had water ingress that has hydrolocked their engines in certain cold conditions. the apparent reason, if I got it right, is icing up in the supercharger/ intercoolers that thaws when the car is parked up, and then freezes in the bores!
never heard of it myself and was curious if anybody had experienced it ?

 

It appears "a few" may be "perhaps one". I'd remain skeptical.
