Darn, I probably would have been tempted to find a way to buy that.... but it's been pulled. Must have changed his mind or sold it locally.

Didn't even see it listed, and I was searching eBay for XJRs (do regularly) just the other day. Must have come and gone quick!

AL, you maybe interested.
Preliminary being ran on it once but paperwork wasn't ready so they cancelled all bids.
Went to $4200
FYI, new sale date is 5/2. The extra $1000 shipping keeps me from bidding.

Not sure if this link will work but did a carfax on it.

I saw a beautiful one last fall for 13k -- that was the asking price. had 38k on it. I should have bough it -- he decided not to sell. He is not going to get 10k for that car.

The seller send me an email , he sold the car for close to his asking price.
Now that car needed about 4 k of work add to the that the selling price, about 9 k
so thats 13k...Don't you think its too much?

Anything is only worth what someone is willing to pay.
Now, an exceptionally clean 100, one owner car with 18,000 miles? (Besides the quarter damage)
Here's another. 104,000 for $14,900. Jaguar XJR 100 | eBay

That car needed over 4k of work. Cars like that make sense to guys in the business -- or someone with enough experience repairing body damage who can also get the parts from a damaged vehicle.

I bet he did not get 9k for it ... the numbers don't work.
