Default Arm Rest Removal Question

Good afternoon. I want to change out the wood on all of my door window switches. Do I have to remove the entire door panel to get to the arm rest off and to get to the switches? I see threads about door panel and wood removal, but wasn't sure about the arm rests. Same process? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Sean

I haven't done mine in awhile (like 10 yrs), but I believe they pop up like the rest of the trim.

I have mine apart right now. Door panel doesn't have to come off. Arm rest comes off first.

The door panel has to come off to remove the arm rest. One screw in front and 3 in back.
