Does anyone know a good vendor for used Jag parts? I am looking for an armrest & cupholder in trim color SDZ = cashmere? Tried every Ebay vendor and a couple of other places, and have had no luck so far. They have them in other colors but not cashmere.

What's wrong with the one in the car? Is it just worn ?

I've used these Lether Magic kits before and they are pretty good.

You can send them a sample from the car (Take from under one of the seats) and they will colour match it for you.

If yours is just worn or faded or scratched, I'd be inclined to spend 60 bucks on the Leather Magic kit first. You can also use it for the drivers seat side panel which typically will also be worn.

 

Thank you for the info. I think I will try the Leather Magic kit. My armrest is worn out/leather is cracked, but the cup holder is broken too. However, spending over $300 might be a bit excessive.

Jagbits routinely sells over Jaguar list price. I can supply that center console lid for less, but it is still a factory item with a Jaguar list price.

I have the SDZ color on my interior and I bought the new leather console top kit from ebay. I guess I have to take off the plastic trim from the console (cupholder button/bottom panel maybe?) and glue this one onto the plastic. It has 2 pieces; one for the cupholder and one for the top. The leather looks beautiful, lets just hope it installs easily. BTW, it was only $60 for new leather in the right color. I will be installing it soon and if it all works out good, I will post some pics. First I need to get together all of my pics of the transmission installation.

 

Did these eBay kits work: the Asian cars did not have cup holders and I would love to replace my perfect console top with a 2 door type for holding coffee

 

Yes, works great! I actually sold my car, but I cupholders work great.

If your car is NOT a VDP, it's not leather.

I also have a full console, 4 armrests, 4 door pockets and the rear console extention

 

I noticed the message that I'm replying to is dated 2008 but assuming you're still in business, do you currently have a cup holder in black ?

 

I had a broken upholder and worn cover/armrest

I bought a replacement cup holder from eBay and had a local auto upholstery shop recover the armrest for $60
