Ceramic coating is the way to go.
Rapid heating and cooling makes the metal brittle. I've heard of improperly wrapped headers having issues.

We will offer a coating option, I have used this company Swain Tech Coatings | Industrial Coatings | High Performance Racing Coatings | Technical coatings to solve problems of heat, wear, corrosion, and friction for all the race applications I have done in the past. On the expensive side but the quality outshines most on the market.

Again dont get to caught up in that price as I said before its a estimated price and once testing is done then those results are in then pricing will be posted. Also in the american market you can most definitely get some headers for around $1500 for v8's but I have customers dropping $3500 on V8 headers for their AMG cars all day long and on top of that, installion plus fabrication to fit. Now with that said we are not that company that is going to gouge our customers just because of the car that they are driving, but we will be competitive and we will mostly have our customers in mind and deliver the best product we can at a fair price.

Anything new? How about someone builds a plain log style with big primaries and a 2.5" dump? Logs are okay, massive gains of 30-50 horse from a free flowing system. EF it I'm going to hillbilly some log style manifolds together. Need some flanges first.

This is what we made for my V12 Ferrari. Sounds like 1995 F1 Ferrari V12 Mayne next step is to make same for the XJR since that's a big bottleneck with the current setup.
