bad bushing?

Exclamation bad bushing?
i have ordered a set of lower strut bushings ..I am just wondering by this picture if I indeed made a good choice?

Talking now which bolts do I remove ?
i plan on putting this procedure up ..(repairing rear struts and bushings etc....)

yes from a 1999 xjr ... guys this is the lower rear strut lower bushings ,I think they look shot!
