bank 2 upper-easier frm above or below

Does anyone know if replacing bank 2(drivers side USA) o2 upstream from below is EASIER than above on a 1999 VDP???????Below being on a ramp or lift.... thanks

Easier is a relative term, especially in this case, but from above is easier. I'm not even sure it can be done from below.
