1. click on the paper clip icon (arrowed red) to open the Attachment dialogue box
2. press the Browse button (arrowed blue) and locate the pic file on your computer
3. press Upload button

The dialogue box closes down and you're back in your post. Click on the paperclip icon again and then the pic to insert the image in your post.

There are several other ways of inserting pics but I find this the quickest and easiest.

graham first or last? with that tool you can just reach up from bottom and do it in less than an hour with no blood. believe it's made by lyse or something close.
