Hi,
I've been lurking a while, and trying to anticipate needs for a future XJR project! I understand that swapping to manual transmission or tuning for more boost will ultimately require a standalone EMS, but from my research it seems that there's a communication issue with a BCM that needs to be addressed (CAN bus, signal simulation?). My search-fu is pretty weak on these forums...does anyone have some thread links or know of further info I could read into when tackling this objective?

Am I to assume that this is, in fact, not an issue? Or is it just that the newbie needs to search better?
