I have the super small pully (think it's a 4.5) which you have to grind the snout to fit on. It came on the car but I'm having belt issues. I read on Euro Toys to use the stock length belt but after only like 1000 miles its squeeling because it is too loose.

Does anyone know what size belt works best?? Want it to not squeel and not slip.

doesn't sound right that you would have to grind a oem part. my 99 xjr turned out to be a weak tensioner.

 

He has a after market pulley to drive the supercharger. It requires grinding the nose to fit the pulley.
