Hello All,

I'm getting close to needing a brake job on my 2000 XJR. I'd like to increase performance, but cannot afford the Brembo's... Anybody have any suggestions about a good combination to go with? I do push the beast once in awhile... I don't mind a bit of dust if I get a performance increase.

I've also been told that the stock rotors cannot be turned, so thinking of going with the slotted/larger type as a replacement? Are EBC's a good option?

EBC should be fine. Many people here have them and seem to say positive things. Although, not much performance increase, but less dust.
