Buying an XJR....Help please.

Ok, my first question here;
I am looking at a 2000 XJR at the moment with 110,000kms on the clock. I know this is the Nikasil era car, but an inspection has come up trumps. The owner says he has used Mobil 1 since he acquired the car in 2001. Can anybody shed some light on the chances of this engine failing soon. Has the Mobil 1 likely saved this engine? Also used premium unleaded, which is 98RON here in Oz with a sulphur content of 50 parts per million. I know it was high sulphur fuels that Nikasil didn't like. Any help/info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

if he changed the oil every 5k with mobil1 or 3k even better being sc your ok, but if the updated secondary chaintensioners have not been installed do it now before you end up buying an engine, theyre metal bodied instead of plastic.This engine is replaced(all v8 actually) most often for tensioner/chain failures which many times results in catastrophic engine failure. Nicaseal just doesnt like dirty oil and leads to excessive oil blowby in the intake track and plugging of the part load breather thatll lead to stalling and fuel fouling the plugs and oil rings on cold start giving you and engine that cranks but wont start
