Default Calling All Power Seat Experts

So my driver's seat rolls up and back when the key is in the ignition.

It responds when I ask for various memory seat options.

But it does NOTHING when I try to manually adjust anything.

All ideas welcome.

Thanks.

Has the plug come out the back of the seat switch pack? Why not try plugging in the passenger side switches and see if they work, I think the plugs are the same it's just the way they are spaced that is different.

+1 on above to try first.
It needs a bit of a hassle and determination to plop them out, but if you go careful but determined, they will come out undamaged.

If that doesn't work, you can try to swap the modules between the driver and passenger set, they should be the same.
I am pretty sure the signal of the switches goes through them, and I have read about cases where the module goes bust (mostly related to the memory though).
